During Lock-down:
We will observe every rule during any lock-down, whilst still remaining open for business online only.
Hand washing regularly
Hand washing thoroughly and regularly has been proven to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Limiting contact with the general public
- Post will be sent as late as possible giving time for any virus to die before entering the postal system.
- Limiting public contact to delivering our mail to Royal Mail once per day, no other public contact will be made.
- Distancing from the public as outlined by the government at all times (whilst delivering mail).
While we will send out orders promptly, the postal system and couriers are subject to their own restrictions and may delay post without any warning.
